Connect HubSpot in Three Minutes
Follow these steps to link your FormFlow account with your HubSpot portal. No developer required.
Install from HubSpot Marketplace
Log in to HubSpot, navigate to Marketplace > Apps, and search for "FormFlow". Click "Get App" and grant the requested permissions (CRM Read/Write, Contacts).
Authenticate Your Account
You'll be redirected to FormFlow to confirm the connection. Once authorized, your HubSpot portal ID (e.g., 8472910) will appear in your FormFlow Integrations dashboard.
Enable Sync on Your Form
Open your FormFlow builder, go to Settings > Integrations, and toggle "HubSpot Sync". Select the target list or workflow you want submissions to trigger.
Data Mapping & Workflow Automation
FormFlow handles field mapping automatically based on standard naming conventions, but you can override mappings for custom properties. When a form is submitted, FormFlow creates or updates a contact in HubSpot and applies the following actions:
Smart Contact Matching
If the email exists in HubSpot, the contact is updated. If not, a new lead is created with the source set to "FormFlow". Custom properties like "Product Interest" or "Company Size" map directly to your CRM schema.
Dynamic Tag Application
Automatically apply tags based on form logic. For example, if a user selects "Enterprise" in a pricing tier field, FormFlow pushes the "Enterprise Lead" tag to HubSpot. You can also assign static tags like "Webinar Attendee" per form.
Workflow Enrollments
Trigger existing HubSpot workflows immediately upon submission. Common use cases include enrolling leads in a "New Contact Nurture" sequence or notifying the sales team via Slack when a demo request form is completed.
